Department of Co-operation Office of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies Notification 13/1/07 -MR/MKT/RCS In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 (Goa Act 11 of 2007) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act"), the Government of Goa hereby appoints the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
