ORDER In order to comply with the orders of' Hon'ble Delhi High Court dated 5.8.2004 regarding implementalion thc Fly-Ash Notilication dated 14.9.1999 and 27.8.2003, The Governor of Hacyana is pleased to constitute a Committee in this regard consisting of the following members:- 1 Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Irrigation & Power Department Chairman 2 Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary to Government, Haryana, Food & Supplies Department Member 3 Commissioner & Secretary to Government; Haryana PWD (B&R) Department; Haryana Member Commissioner & Secretary to Governmenl, Haryana, Environment Department Member 5. Director, Scicnce & Tcchnology Department Member 6_ Munuging Director; [ttyau Vi yul Prasarun Nigum Membcr 7 President; Brick Kiln Owners Association Member 8 Chairman, Haryana State Pollution Control Board Member Secretary TERMS_AND CONDITIONS The Committee will carry out in depth study about the 1 Technology lo be adopled Transportation problem of fly-ash 2 3 Labour problem 4 Public Acceptability 5 Cost of coal and other operational difficulties.
