De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over Of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act, 1983. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subse- quent Acquisition) Act; 1983,for the purposes and in the manner here- inafter appearing; Itis hereby enacted in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: 1. (1) This Act may be called the D.N. De Homoeopathic Medical Short title College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent and cOm- mencement. Acquisition) (Amendment) Act; 1991. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of January, 1991. 2. In sub-section (2) of section 3 of the D. N, De Homoeopathic Amendment Medical College and Hospital (Taking Over of Management and of section 3 of West Ben: subsequent Acquisition) Act; 1983 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act Xof Act), for the words "eight years the words "ten years shall be substituted_ 1983_ 3 In sub-section (1) of section 4 of the principal Act, for the words Amendment "eight years the words "ten years" shall be substituted_ of section 4_ 4.
