AP/SEC-385/2015/2414 . — In pursuance of the Government Notification No. LAW/LEGN-19/2018 dated 5th October, 2018 regarding the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendment ) Act, 2018 ( Act No.15 of 2018 ) and No. LAW/LEGN-28/2013 dated 3rd March, 2014 regarding the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-organisation of Districts) (Amendment ) Act, 2013 ( Act No. 2 of 2014 ) and in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 85 of the Arunachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1997 and the Arunachal Pradesh Panchayat Raj ( Amendment Act, 2018), Zilla Parishads are hereby constituted for the newly created Pakke Kesang, Lepa Rada and Lower Siang districts comprising of the Zilla Parishad Constituencies as indicated agaisnt each. With this notification, the Zilla Parishad constituencies as indicated above have become a part of the newly constituted Pakke-Kesang, Lepa Rada and Lower Siang Districts and therefore shall cease to exist in the earlier Zilla Parishads of East Kameng, Lower Siang, East Siang and West Siang districts of which they were the constituents with immediate effect.
