Labour Commissioner, Joint Labour Commissioner and Labour Commissioner, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi as the Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of issuance of recovery certificates for the amount that may be due to a newspaper employee from the employer, under the said Act.
