Notifications the Goa Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1995 (Goa Act No. 2 of 1997) Panaji, 29 th May, 1997 (Published in the Official Gazette Series-I No. 9 (Extraordinary) dated 29 th May, 1997) Notification 4 -39 -97/LD ______ In exercise of the powers conferred in sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Goa Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1996 ( Goa Act No. 2 of 1997 ) , the Government of Goa hereby appoints 30 th day of May, 1997 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
