(2) They shall come into force o and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2_ In the Punjab Industrial Training (Group *B Technical Service Rules, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in rule 5,in sub-rule (2), for the existing proviso the following proviso shall be substituted, namely: - "Provided thatapersonpossessing Degreeor Diplomain Vocational Courses or Engineering or Technology but not possessing National Craft Instructor Certificate (NCIC) shall be appointed to post mentioned at serial number 5 ofAppendix-A,in the Service.
