Definitions -I.n these bye-laws unless the context otherwise requires:- (a) "Hedge" means a close row of living bushes or small trees serving as a fence. (b) "Licensing Officer" means the officer appointed as such by the Chief Administrator for granting licence under these bye-laws. . (c) "Road junction" means a place where two roads cross each other.
