2 · Definitions _ (1) In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: Act" means the Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Act; 2021(29 of 2021); b Form means the form appended to these regulations (2) Words Or expressions used in these regulations and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Act 3. Preparation of Annual Report - 1) The Commission shall prepare annual report in the form annexed to these regulations. (2) The annual report shall be prepared for the year commencing from the 1st day of April in each year and ending on 31st day of March of the following year; beginning from the financial year 2022-23. (3) The annual report shall give an account of activities during the previous financial year containing, inter-alia; brief introduction of the Commission including its mandate, goals and objectives; steps taken during the year of report for control and abatement of pollution in National Capital Region and adjoining areas; regulations made, directions, advisories and orders issued by the Commission for protecting improving the quality of air in National Capital Region and adjoining areas. 4 Submission of Annual Report The requisite number of copies of the duly printed annual report shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment; Forest and Climate Change by December every year beginning with financial year 2022-23 along with the audited annual accounts of the Commission for laying in the Parliament.
