Short title and commencement: (1) These Rules may be called the Cost and Works Accountants Procedure of Meeting of Quality Review Board and Terms and Conditions of Services and Allowances of the Chairperson and members of the Board Rules, 2006. (2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette. 2_ Definitions. In these Rules; unless the context otherwise requires, Act means the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959
