F . 85 (133)/SW/DC/2017/5224(130) Dated , Agartala , the 7 th January , 2019 NOTIFICATION The Governor , Tripura in exercise of powers conferred under Section 15 of " The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act , 2016 " hereby designates the following officers as the competent authorities to mobilize the community and create social awareness to support persons with disabilities in exercise of their legal capacity:- i . The Director of the Social Welfare and Social Education Department , and ii . State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities . This shall come into force with immediate effect .
