Government of Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Section-5 No. A-8896/12-5-129/75 Dated Lucknow, October 30, 1976 Notification In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (Act No. 54 of 1966), the Governor is pleased to establish a certification agency for the purposes of the said Act, to be known as the "Uttar Pradesh State Seed Certification Agency".
