[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature:] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 3Oth December; 2003.] An Act to amend the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act; West Ben Act 1972, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; XVI of 1972. Itis hereby enacted in the Fifty-fourth Year oftheRepublic ofIndia, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows Short title and 1.
