In exercise of the powers conferred by article 240 of the Constitution; the President is pleased to promulgate the following Regulation made by him: 1. (1) This Regulation may be called the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Short title and Daman and Diu Central Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Regulation, 2020. commencement: (2) It shall come into force on the 26th day = of January, 2020. THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II_ SEc: 1] Amendment of section 2. In the Central Goods and Services Tax Act; 2017, in section 2, in clause (114), 12 of 2017.
