[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature: [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the I6th September, 1980.] [I6th September; 1980.] An Act to amend the West Bengal Housing Board Act; 1972 WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Housing Board Act; 1972, for the purpose and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-first Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: West Ben_ Act XXXII of 1972. 1 This Act may be called the West Bengal Housing Board Short title (Amendment) Act; 1980. 2. In section 12 of the West Bengal Housing Board Act, 1972, Amendment of section 12 in sub-section (1), the words sand one or more Assistant Housing of West Ben_ Commissioners shall be omitted.
