In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Fiscal Responsibility (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Tamil Nadu Act 15 of 2016), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 11th day of October 2016, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
