NOTIFICATION Whereas the draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation of Allotment of Property in Market Yards)Rules, 2004 was published as required by subsection (1) of section 146 of the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act, 1966 (Karnataka Act 27 of 1966) in notification No. CO 408 MRE 2020, dated 06.04.2022 in partIV -A Karnataka Gazette date : 11th April 2022 inviting Objections or Suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. And , Whereas the said Gazette was made available to the public on dated: 11th April 2022 Whereas , no objections or respect of said draft. suggestions have been received in Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 146 of the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation and Development) Act, 1966 (Karnataka Act 27 of 1966) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, namely:- RULES Title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation of Allotment of Property in Market Yards) (Amendment) Rules, 2022. They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the official Gazette. Amendment of rule 7 . -After sub -rule (3) of rule 7 of the Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation of allotment of Property in Market Yards)Rules, 2004, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Allotment Rules, for the effective utilization of market infrastructure, wit
