(Published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 38 dated 20-12-1986) ________ Revenue Department __ Notification 10/4/85 -RD In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of Section 26 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968 (Act No. 2 of 1969), the Administrator of Goa, Daman and Diu hereby notifies the ―Director of Census Operations, Goa, Daman & Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli, Panaji-Goa‖ as ―essential services‖ for the purposes of the said Act.
