Government of Rajasthan Urban Development and Housing Department No. F.1O(32JUDH/3/2009/Part Jaipur, dated 29 NOV 2021 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act; 2016 (Central Act No. 16 of 2016), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017, namely: 1. Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force at once. 2.
