WHEREAS itis = 'expedient to amend the West Bengal State Health Service NcstVBeof Act VII of Act, 1990,for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing ; 1990_ Itishereby enacted in the Fifty-ninth Year ofthe Republic ofIndia; by the Legislature of West Bengal,as follows Short title and 1.
