[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [ Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Nizette, Extraordinary, of the 6th March, 1964. ] [6th March, 1964.] An Act to amend the WeAt Bengal Bhudan Yagna Act, 1962. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Bhudan agna Act, 1962, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; it is hereby enacted in the 'Fifteenth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows : This Ae£ may be called the West Bengal Bhudan Yagna (Amendment) Act, 1964.
