WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Calcutta Act II of University Act, 1966, for the purpose and in the manner 1966. hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Eghteenth Year of thve Republic o f Tndia_ by the Legislature of West Bengai , 4 follows 1.
