In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 50 read with Section 181 of the Electricity Act; 2003 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf and after previous publication, the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following amendments to the Chhattisgarh State Electric- ity Supply Code, 2011, namely: Chhattisgarh State Electricity Supply Code (Second Amendment) , 2018 Short Title, Definition and Commencement These amendments may be called the "Chhattisgarh State Electricity Supply Code (Second Amend- ment) 2018 They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the official Gazette_ All other words and expressions used in this Code, but not defined, shall have the same meaning as is in the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Supply Code, 2011 (herein after referred to as the principal code)_ 2 Regulation 1.6 of the Principal Code is substituted by the following: 1.6 The Commission shall constitute an Electricity Supply Code Review Committee (Review Commit- tee) to review
