The following draft rules are hereby published as required by sub- section (4) of section 53 of the said Act, for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given to them that the said draft rules would be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of fifteen days from the date on which the copies of this notification as published in the Official Gazette are made available to the public Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules before the expiry of the period as specified above shall be considered by the State Government. The objection o suggestion to these draft rules, if any, may be send to the Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, Rajasthan Government Secretariat Jaipur Rajasthan. Draft Rules 1.
