© Govt. of Haryana No. 192 -2017/Ext.] CHANDIGARH, TUESDAY , OCTOBER 31 , 2017 (KARTIKA 8, 1939 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDARY & DIARYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 31st October , 2017 THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASE IN ANIMAL ACT, 2009 No. 11475 -AH -4 -2017/14012 . — In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (5)&(6) of Section 6 of "The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Disease in Animal Act, 2009 " , the Government of Haryana is hereby de-notify the District of Yamuna Nagar as "Controlled Area" for equine species against Glanders disease and allow the movement of enquine species within or outside the State, meaning thereby to declare the area of District Yamuna Nagar to be a free area in respect of holding of races, fair, exhibition, games and gathering of such animals in Yamuna Nagar District.
