In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Fiscal Responsibility (Second Amendment) Act, 2010 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 2010), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 23rd day of December 2010, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
