West Ben: WHEREA S it is expedient to amend the Rehabilitation of Act XVI Displaced Persons and Eviction of Persons in Unauthorised of 1951 Occupation of Land Act, 1951, for the purposes and in the uanner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Eighth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, a8 follows 1.
