Ranchi, dated: 11.09.2007 In exercise of the powers conferred by section-6 of the Building & Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) State of Jharkhand hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (1) of the schedule below, being Gazetted officer of the govt. to be registering officer who shall exercise the powers conferred on registering officers by or under the said Act having jurisdiction as specified in column (2) of the said schedule.
