REVENUE SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION No. RD 8 LRA 2001 (Part), Bangalore, dated 30th October, 2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Karnataka Act 34 of 2003), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoint the 1st day of November 2003, to be the date from which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
