Due to Saturday & Sunday holidays on 14 th h & 15 th h May, 2005 and problem of long queues for return filing on 16.5.2005, the Trade Associations have requested to extent the last date for filing of the return for the IV th h quarter of 2004-2005. Taking into consideration the genuine problem of the dealers and in exercise of powers conferred upon me under Rule 48 of Delhi Sales Tax Rules 1975, I hereby extend the last date for filing the return for IV th h quarter from 16.5.2005 to 20.5.2005.
