File/qs2. q \..\ \{ 9RDER Sub: Guidclinc' on grant of cdical Lcave to FP Licensees In supersession of all previous guidelines in the maner, the following guidelines are issued on grant of medical leave to the FPS licensees:- Medical Leave shall be granted to Fair Price Shop licensees only in emergent and serious medical condition wherein the licensee is unable to run the FPS efficiently owing to ill health for a specifi period. ITO medical leave for any duration shall hencefo11h be granted at Circle F 0 level. cdical leave up to sixty days on production of supporting documents regarding medi al condition of the FPS licensee will be consid red and anctioned by concerned Zonal AC on case to case basis. ,Iedical Leave of more than 60 days and lip to 90 days on production of supporting documents on medical condition of the FP licensee will sanctioned by AddU pI. Commis ianer supervi ing the District on the recommendation of concemed Zonal AC. Such approvals, ho\ ever.should be granted in most deserying cas s. Medical Leave or more than 90 days and up to 180 days will be placed b fore Commissioner, r& with the recommendation of concerned Addl.ISpI. Commissioner.
