PART--I-- Orders and Notifications by the Government of Tripura, The High Court, Government Treasury etc. No. F .11-1 ( 1 )-EX/ 2004 GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (EXCISE & TAXATION) ********* NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section(2)(Xliii) of Section 88 of the Tripura Excise Act, 1987(Tripura Act No.12 of 1987) and in supersession of the Finance Department's Notification No.F.II-1(1)-EX/2004 dated 03-08-2011, the Governor is pleased to refix the Annual Literage Fee on IMFL, Beer & Country Liquor as shown below in addition to the licence fee payable by all the licensees for IMFL, Beer & Country Liquor at the following rates in the State with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tripura Gazette.
