A/1 & 2176 CHANDIGARH ADMINISTRATION LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT 29/7/16 NOTIFICATION 6/1/195-FII(8)-2018/ 21738 Date 27/11/2018 The Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh in exercise of the wers conferred under Section 399 of the Punjab Municipal irporation Act, 1976 as extended to the Union Territory, handigarh by the Punjab Municipal corporation Law (Extension to handigarh) Act, 1994 (Act No. 45 of 1994), intends to amend the handigarh Water Supply Bye-Laws 2011 as amended from time to time and as in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 401 of the Punjab Municipai Corporation (as, extended to UT Thandigarh) Act, 1994, read with sub section (2) of section 7A of the capital of Punjab (Development & Regulation) Act, 1952, the Administrator UT Chandigarh arter according approval to the SHING ropose to issue the draft of notification which is hereby published for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby. Notice is hereby. given that the draft notification will be LIKEN into consideration, on or after the expiry of period of 15 days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, ogether with any objection or suggestion which may be received by my. me Commissi ner Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, from any person before the expiry of the period, so specified, with respect to the draft namely:- Draft BYE-LAWS Short Title:- These Bye-laws may be called the Chandigarh Water Supply Bye-laws, Amendment 2018.
