ISR IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 107/52-4-202213(H)-2017, dated March 30, 2022 : No. 107/52-4-2022-13(H)-2017 Dated Lucknow, March 30, 2022 WHIREAS under section 21 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (Act no. 35 of 2002), nominated members of the Uttar Pradesh State Haj Committee, notified in Government notification no. M-52/52-4— 2021-13(H)-2017. dated December 24, 2021, published in part-4 (b) of the Legislative Supplement of the Uttar Pradesh Gazette, have clected Sri Mohsin Raza, Hon'ble Member of Legislative Council as the Chairperson of the Uttar Pradesh State Haj Committee in its meeting held on December 30, 2021 at 4.00 P.M. at Bapu Bhawan, Fourth Floor Samaj Kalyan Hall, Uttar Pradesh Secretariat, Lucknow. 2. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of section 21 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to notify the election of Sri Mohsin Raza, Hon'ble Member of Legislative Council as the Chairperson of Uttar Pradesh State Haj Committee.
