No: 123/2013-~In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 7-C ofthe Odisha Education Act; 1969 (Odisha Act 15 of 1969), the State Government have been pleased to make the following order to amend the Odisha (Aided Colleges,Aided Junior Colleges and Aided Higher Secondary Schools) Grant-in-Aid Order; 2009 to regulate the payment of GIA in shape of Block Grant, namely 1. (1) This order may be called the Odisha (Aided Colleges, Aided Junior Colleges and Aided Higher Secondary Schools) Grant-in-Aid Amendment Order; 2013. (2) It shall apply to the Aided Colleges, Aided Junior Colleges and Aided Higher Secondary Schools: (3) It shall come into force on the date ofits publication in the Odisha Gazette. 2. In the Odisha (Aided Colleges,Aided Junior Colleges and Aided Higher Secondary Schools) Grant-in-Aid Order; 2009 Para: 5 (1) of the order shall be substituted as follows "The teaching and non-teaching employees of the Aided Educational Institutions under Para: 4 of Grant-in-Aid Order; 2009 shall be paid Grant-in-Aid in the following manner (a) The eligible employees of these colleges shall be paid 100% of Pay at the initial rate plus Grade Pay in the revised scale of pay of ORSP Rules, 2008. 2 (b) The Grant-in-Aid entitlements of these employees shall be further considered for upward revision after 3 years: ORDER Ordered that this Notification be published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette.
