N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act; 1983. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the D. N. De Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent Acquisition) Act; 1983, for the purposes and in the manner hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature f West Bengal, as follows_ West Ben_ Act Xof 1983. 1. (1) This Act may be called the DN. De Homoeopathic Medical Short title College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and subsequent and comm- encement Acquisition) (Amendment) Act; 1988. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of January, 1988. 2. In sub-section (2) of section 3 of the D N. De Homoeopathic Amendment of section 3 Medical College and Hospital (Taking over of Management and of West Ben. subsequent Acquisition) Act; 1983 (hereinafter referred to as the Act X of for 1983 principal Act), the words "five years" the words "six years shall be substituted. 3.
