(EXTRA), JUNE 8, 2017 61 (JYST 18, 1933 SAKA) PART-1 DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL AND LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS, PUNJAB Notification No. 26-Leg,/2011.- The following Act of the Legislature of the State of Punjab received the assent of the President of India on the 25 th h May, 2011 and is hereby Published for information:- THE PUNJAB SECURITY OF LAND TENURES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2010 (Punjab Act No. 21 of 2011) AN ACT Further to amend the Punjab Security of Land Tenures Act, 1953. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the SixtyFirst Year of the Republic of India, as follows:- This Act may be called the Punjab Security of land Tenures (Amendment) Act, 2010. It shall come into force at once. In the Punjab Security of Land Tenures Act, 1953, in section 8, in Clause (b), the word "male" shall be omitted. Short title and commencement.
