NOTIFICATION (New Delhi; the 27 th March; 1991) GSR.253 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section of the Public Liability Insurance Act; 1991 6 of 1991 ), the Central Government hereby appoints the Ist day of April, 1991 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
