HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955. No. SANKIRNA. 0217/CR. 72/Desk XI.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 26th August 2018, specifies the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chalisgaon in Jalgaon District as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of Chalisgaon in Jalgaon District.
