(Saka) GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX & EXCISE ITANAGAR NOTIFICATION The 13th January, 2000 EX-59/99/BWH . -In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 77 read with Section 78 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Act , 199 ~ (Act No. 6 of 1993) . The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules, 1994, namely: - 1 . (I) These rules may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Excise (Amendment) Rules, 1999 . They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette . 2 . In Rule 72 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules , 1994, for the existing entry, the following entry , shall be substituted , namely:- " Rule 72 (1) Persons desirous of obtaining licences to establish privar ware-house . for the deposit and storage of spirit without payment of duty shall apply ro I he Collector concerned who shall not grant the licence without the previous order of the Excise Commissioner . Persons desirous of obtaining licences to establish private warehouse, for the deposit and storage of Beer without payment of duty shall apply to the Collector concerned who shall not grant the licence without 1 he previous order of the Excise Commissioner. . Rules 53 to 55 shall apply mutatis mutandis to such applications except that the amount of the security shall be Rs . 25, 000 .
