1 - Department of Co-operation Office of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies Notification 13/1/07-MRJMKTIRCS In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 (Goa Act 11 of 2007) (hereinafter referred to as the ~said Act" ), the Government of Goa hereby appoints the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette as the date o which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
