West Ben_ WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the West Bengal Labour Welfare AGXVIII of Fund Act; 1974, for the purpose and in the manner hereinafter appearing; 1974 It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-ninth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: 1. This Act may be called the West Bengal Labour Welfare Fund Short title (Amendment) Act, 1988. 2.
