[B.P.No.309, Board Cell, 24th August 2020, Aavani 8, Saarvari, Thiruvalluvar Aandu-2051.] No. SRO A - 29(b)/2020. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Act, 2012 (Tamil Nadu Act 22 of 2012), the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Board Regulations, 2013. The amendment hereby made shall come into force on the 19th day of August 2020. Aඕඍඖඌඕඍඖග In the said Regulations, in regulation 15, for sub-regulation (4), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely:- "(4) All tender documents for Public-Private Partnership projects including draft concession agreements, shall require the prior approval of the Board and any substantive changes made during pre-tender consultations with prospective tenderers shall also be approved by the Board."
