A number of requests have been filed in this Depanment for change of constitution relating to induction of partner and change of partners in the authorization letter for the PD8 outlets. Partners . should individually and severally be liable for any violation ofthe co.nditionS of the license. ." . iii) Partners should indiv4dually and severally possess the minimum qualification for holding an autljorization to I1ill 'a FPS. The applicant . should not be proprietor or partner of a cancelled PDS outlet nor should be connected in any marmer with another PDS outlet.
