THE BONDED LABOUR SYSTEM (ABOLITION ACT 1976) NOTIFICATION THE 7TH JANUARY, 1977 No. 7751-2 L & E-77/882—In exercise of the powers conferred by-section 10 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976 (Central Act No. 19 of 1976), the Governor of Punjab is pleased to authorise all the District Magistrates in the State to exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of a District Magistrate under the said Act within the areas of their respective jurisdiction. THE BONDED LABOUR SYSTEM (ABOLITION) ACT, 1976 NOTIFICATION THE 17TH JANUARY, 1977 No. 7751-2, L, & -77/879.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (I) of Section 21 of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976 (Central Act No. 19 of 1976), the Governor of Punjab is pleased to confered all the Executive Magistrates in the State, the powers of a Judicial Magistrate of the First Class for the trial of offences under the said Act.
