IV. dated the 29th November. 199-1 Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section Li read with clause th) of sub-section (I rot . . section 27 of the Central Agricultural Unkersity Act. 1993 (40 of I 992), and with -. the previous approval of the Central Government. os aforesaid. I. the Vice-Chancellor of the Central Agricultural OM\ ersitv. Imphal, do hereby make the first Ordinance and notify the conditions of residence of the students of the Central Agricultural I )niversin, as follows: The Central Agricultural University shall be a residential University. Even student Of the University shall reside in --a Hostel of the Unkersio, or in such other accommodation required and managed by the Universirv. 3 Notwithstanding anything contained in -para I and 2 of this Ordinance, a student may he allowed by the concerned Dean to stay outside, the hostel with his/her parent:guardian under special circumstances and on a specific written request of the parent/guardian provided the place is within a reasonable distance from the college where the student is .
