Under rule 6(i) the following explanations shall be added , namely: — "Explanation I.—The Government shall also meet empty haulage charges of p saloons: (i) from the stabling station to the station at which it has been requisi-ti d tioned; (ii) from the station at which it is vacated to the stabling station referred il(i) bhh to in clause (i) by the shortest route .
