No. CRC. 1617/CR 234/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 read with section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf; and in partial modification of earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the revenue Tahsils of Malkapur, Motala and Nandura in Buldhana District, the Government of Maharashtra, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby, with effect from the 16th August 2018, directs that, the Sessions Division created for the revenue tahsils of Malkapur, Motala and Nandura in the Buldhana District and Link Court of Sessions established at Malkapur for trial of cases arising with the limits of said Sessions Division of Malkapur vide the Government Notification, Law and Judiciary Department, No. CRC. 1608/980/(196)/XII, dated the 25th November 2009, which was presided over by the Additional Session Judge, Buldhana, shall be the Sessions Division for the revenue tahsils of Malkapur, Motala and Nandura in Buldhana District and a Court of Sessions at Malkapur, as specified in the Government Notifications, Law and Judiciary Department No. CRC. 1608/980/(196)/XII, dated the 25th November 2009 and No. CRC. 1608/980/(196)/12, dated the 21st March 2012; and the said court shall be presided over by the Additional Sessions Judge for trial of cases arising within the limits of the said sessions division.
