LR-53!87 (Vol-II).-In exercise of powers conferred under Sub-Section (a) of Section 4 of the Arunachal Pradesh (Land Settlement and Records) Act , 2000 , the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the Secretary (Land Management)! Commissioner (Land Management), Government of Arunachal Pradesh as the Ex-Officio Revenue Commissioner, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed by or under the said Act with immediate effect .
