© Govt. of Haryana No. 112 – 2018/Ext.] Haryana Government Gazette EXTRAORDINARY Published by Authority CHANDIGARH, FRIDAY , JULY 6 , 2018 (ASADHA 15, 1940 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 6th July, 2018 THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES IN ANIMALS ACT, 2009 No. 6887(CFMS)-AH-4-2018/12706 . — In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 6 read with Sub section (1) and (2) of section 7 of "The Precention and Control of Infectious and Contagious diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009)". The Government of Haryana, hereby declared the district of Kurukshetra as "controlled area" for restrictions of movements of equine species (horses, donkeys/mules) within or outside the destrict and bordering states to prevent, control and contains the Glanders disease. The holding or races, fares, exhibitions, games and gathering of such animals in Kurukshetra district is also prohibited. Chandigarh: The 6th July, 2018.
